Percy the Small Engine w/Moving Eyes

Each engine features eyes that move from side to side as the locomotive heads down the tracks.

He's small and young but Percy can stand up for himself on the Island of Sodor. Percy's favorite job is delivering mail and his best friends are Thomas & Toby. Proudly wearing #6, Percy is an 0-4-0 saddle tank engine who serves mainly in yard duties.
