Constructed to satisfy steam locomotives thirst for water, this fully assembled and decorated model adds instant steam-era realism to any layout. Appearing early in the 20th century, tanks like this were a fixture of railroad facilities until the last days of steam. Its perfect for busy engine terminals, small town yards and near smaller depots where engines were watered during the station stop. The Wood Water Tank kit features detailed wooden support timbers, positionable spout and ladder details.
