Hi Guys,

I am having problem with my QSI sound equipped loco. What should I do?

Hi Bob,

The first thing I would do is run your loco on a DC test track to ensure there are no electrical issues. If that works, please use the magnetic wand provided over the top of the shell to reset the loco to factory address 03.. If this does not work, please bring it in and I will look at your QSI issue here or with the manufacturer.
