HO Scale 4160 Southside Hotel Kit

The ITLA Scale Models HO scale Southside Hotel is our flagship structure, representing all of our fine and unique details in one significant kit.

This 5 story structure represents the iconic turn of the century brick hotels that are seen in downtown areas, many of which are modernized and still in use today.

The modeller can choose to build it as a period piece, or modernize it with the Air Conditioner units and Exhaust Ducting included.

Designed as a backdrop structure, the rear wall is "blank" with no details, to be placed away from the viewer.

This model follows ITLA Scale Models' design philosophy, giving the modeller the ability to "kitbash" right out of the box with interchangeable wall sections. Many unique configurations are possible.
